I’ve also seen some cases where you have to mash two particular locations on the cosmetic outer plastic to release a snap-in-place clamp. Then you’re able to see inner stuff where it’s more obvious to continue. I could not tell if this shower head made use of that method.

Thanks for showing those electrical connectors close-up! I'm working on a different project, replacing the outside mirror, and have to unhook those to take off the door panel. I worked on it last night for 25 minutes before I got them loose. Arrrgghhhh.

This isn't going to fill the cracks. You should've gotten a leather repair kit first, then recolor the seat.

Do you know if the electronic throttle body crown vics can be converted back to the old style cable driven throttle body?

Had the same problem with mine brand new out of the box cleaned the gun filled it with base coat went to work last pass 2 big drops right on the trunk lid had to let dry sand and respray i wrapped a small microfiber around mine

2009 cvpi got 20-22 mpg driving from city to the suburban golf course i worked at back then. I got 24mpg constantly when i had a job i commuted a long distance to. As a delivery vehicle it got about 15- 18mpg in a good sized city full of hills. Driving like a jerk blowing off steam it could get 12. I got about 15mpg towing cars on dolly

Yeah man, I think you should take your time and do some research before starting any of these projects in the future. You can change all of this by just pulling the interior lower control arm bolt, you don't have to drop the subframe.

I checked the specs for the Peak Antifreeze you are using and it appears to be Glycol based. Crown Vic's and GM's require HOAT (Hybrid Organic Alcohol Technology) based coolants. The reason for this is that the Panther platform engines have a cast iron block, with an aluminum radiator, intake manifold and heads. HOAT avoids making a battery out of the dissimilar metals, which causes aluminum to migrate to the cast iron block. Over time, this will cause your radiator to wear out faster and your heads to start leaking. Remember we are trying to get 300,000+ miles out of our cars. This is a time to go with Mastercraft Gold or use Zerex G-05. I buy Zerex for around $18 per gallon and flush my vehicles every 50,000 miles.

Degreasers are another thing that have suffered performance wise from the old days. I'd like to try this, it doesn't seem to be available locally. "Clean".

My Explorer wires were never cut… I can hear a relay clicking under the dash near the fuse box somewhere, but I still have no horn I removed the driver side front wheel and looked at the horns and wiring, it’s all fine…
